GENERAL CLUBMATE INFORMATION
If you have a smartphone, you can now download the app which will allow you to reuest Day Tickets (for non members)/Guest Tickets and manage your membership by and prove that you are a member to the bailiffs if required. The links to download are as follows:

Existing Member Renewal - by March 15th
MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONSAshfield Angling Club now use Clubmate to manage the membership process. This means that you can join the club and manage your membership through an app on your phone, it is no longer necessary to have a physical membership card, although you can order one if you wish.
1. Go to Click here to access the AAC Clubmate page and register a new account (click the "Not got an account?" link) or log in if you are already a member of clubmate.
2. Once you have created your account, or logged in, you can then select your existing membership which will have the word "Renew" written above it in an orange box. If you don't see your existing membership, please email membership@ashfieldangling.com and include your full name, membership number and email address.
3. Click "Renew now", select the membership that you want to purchase (Full, Concession or Youth) and then click "Select membership".
4. Fill in your personal details and add a photo of your face for bailiff identification purposes. Then click "Save and Continue".
5. You then have the option to purchase a membership ID card. This is not necessary if you plan to use the clubmate app on your phone, please don't order a card unless you absolutely have to, we are trying to be more environmentally friendly. Then click continue.
6. You will then be asked to pay by debit or credit card. You can do this by clicking "Add card". Once you've entered your card details on Stripe and you've clicked "Save card", the payment will now process.
7. Your membership renewal is now complete and, if you ordered an ID card, this will be sent directly by Clubmate.

Once downloaded, you will need to enter your existing email address and password in order to login for the first time. If you cannot remember your password, click on the reset password link and follow the prompts.

ADDING JUNIOR / OTHER MEMBERS TO YOUR PROFILE
If you want to create an additional member profile (for a child, relative or friend) you need to click on 'Add another member/child'. You'll then be prompted to add the additional members name before confirming that you are aware that this member will be managed under the same email address.
After clicking register, you will be taken straight to the new members profile and will then be able to add the personal details of the new member, add a photo, add a membership or make a booking on their behalf. Once the details have been added and relevant actions taken eg, purchase a membership, the main account holder can either add another member, switch back to their profile or sign out.
